For some customers, it is extremely important that the Tasker not only confirms his or her identity but also shows other documents, including a police check. This is another point that will help increase our users' trust in you. It is not compulsory to upload a Police Check, but BorisDoes recommends doing so.

After the ABN validation, you will receive a verification badge that will be displayed in your profile. If there is no valid number in the ABN register system, you will not receive the badge. Please check the ABN typing accuracy before submitting it.

On the BorisDoes service, you can also confirm that you have an ABN business registration. To do so, type in your ABN number in the field below and wait for the confirmation.

After you have uploaded and sent a photo with the code, the Face badge will appear in your account after being approved. If the photo is not readable or blurry, you may need to upload it again.

To increase the users’ trust in our service, BorisDoes recommends all our users to download a photo with the code written on paper. This is completely safe and only necessary to get the Face badge. The badge will be displayed next to your name in your account and increase the probability that you will be chosen for the job.

After the Insurance file has been uploaded, processed, and verified, you will receive a BorisDoes Badge proudly shining on your profile.

BorisDoes Insurance badge is based on Public Liability Insurance, which is designed to financially protect a taskers’ business in case of the accidents, damage, or service user injuries that could occur during the task performing. It covers such expenses as solicitors’ fees, medical treatment, property damage, and others. Taskers upload their Public Liability Insurance to display that their business is secured and protected for the users.

After clicking the "Send" button, you should get a message with a confirmation code. If you have not received a message, check whether the number is correct or press the "Send" button again.

We recommend you to confirm your phone number and link it to your page so that no one else can use it. It guarantees the security of your profile.

Phone check

After uploading your Police Check file, we will verify it, and the "Badges" will display your Police Check validated. If the photo image is not readable or is blurry, you may need to upload it again.

Safety first! For some customers, it is extremely important that the Taskers not only confirm their identity but also show other documents, including a police check. This is another point that will help increase our  users' trust in you. It is not compulsory to upload a Police Check, but BorisDoes recommends doing so.

In order to help you feel safe, BorisDoes adheres to strict terms of payment implemented to all services and service users. 

 It's simple: after posting a task or a quote request and receiving an offer from a tasker, a tradie or a business, the customer can approve a Tasker to complete the task. During this process, the money from the customer's account is withheld on the BorisDoes platform. 

 It is necessary for the Tasker to be responsible and professional to understand that they will start to perform a task with financial guarantees.

 If a task is completed in accordance with all terms and conditions and the Customer confirms the task completion, the money from  BorisDoes will be transferred to the personal account of the Tasker. 

 Usually BorisDoes charges a 10% fee for all completed task payments. That is, after completing the task, the Tasker is transferred 90% of the stated cost of the task into his own account. However, nowadays BorisDoes has a 0% fee, which means that a Tasker receives 100% of the stated task sum. 

 After that, the Tasker can choose what to do with the money. It is possible to transfer money from the BorisDoes to a bank card immediately after reception. Taskers can also save money on a personal account for a certain period of time. BorisDoes provides Taskers with the option  to save a certain amount of money on the platform to pay for other selected services in the future.
