BorisDoes Smart Contract

What if you could get someone to help you with a task with no risks? Many Taskers and Businesses ask for payment in advance or ask a Customer to sign a document or agreement to ensure payment once a task has been completed. However, Customers are naturally vary that if they pay in advance and the work isn’t completed to their satisfaction, they’ll be left out of pocket. In many cases, the job in question isn’t large enough to need formal documentation. But even when it comes to small jobs, being protected is important. What’s the solution? A BorisDoes Smart Contract!

What is BorisDoes Smart Contract?

The BorisDoes Smart Contract is a BorisDoes feature that helps Customers, Taskers, and Businesses to collaborate with no risks. The best thing about this feature is that you don’t have to activate it; it is already activated for every registered Customer, Tasker and Business. As soon as you register, you can be sure that you’ll get your work done or will be paid for the services you provide. The BorisDoes Smart Contract can be compared to a deposit: a Customer sets money aside on BorisDoes, and the Tasker receives it only after a task is successfully completed.

How will BorisDoes Smart Contract help me?

A BorisDoes Smart Contract removes risks connected with paying for a task to be completed. Because a Tasker receives payment only when a task is completed, both the Customer and the Tasker are protected. No cash payments, no change required, no on-site disputes about task completion, no accusations or disagreements about the original parameters of the task. Everything is clarified before the task starts, and payment is made when the agreed task is completed. In those rare instances where disagreement still exists, the BorisDoes Support Team is available to help.

Then…

3. Pay for the task. This is where the BorisDoes Smart Contract is applied. When you pay, that payment is held safely by BorisDoes. When the task is completed, the Tasker or Business will mark the job as completed. 4. Confirm the task has been completed. As a Customer, when a task is marked as completed, you’ll be prompted to confirm that the work has been done. If you disagree, you can: - Ask a Tasker or Business to make corrections. - Write to the BorisDoes Support Team and ask them to return the money. At BorisDoes, we always recommend discussing any issues with your Tasker or Business first. In most cases, Taskers and Businesses will be keen to resolve any issues.

5. The Tasker or Business receives payment Once the task has been completed and confirmed as completed by the Customer, the Tasker or Business is paid by BorisDoes. Again, we recommend you speak directly with the Tasker or Business if you have any concerns or queries, but the BorisDoes Support Team is always happy to help where a dispute cannot be resolved. The BorisDoes Smart Contract system has been designed to give both Customers and Taskers / Businesses peace of mind when booking and completing a task. FAQ

Is there a possibility that my money will go directly to the Tasker rather than to BorisDoes to be held?

No. All funds are paid to Taskers’ BorisDoes accounts, even after a task is confirmed as completed. This two-step process ensures funding cannot go straight from a Customer to a Tasker.

What do I do if I confirmed that a task was completed successfully but then found out that a correction was required?

In this case, you should contact your Tasker or Business and ask them to make changes or complete the work. In each instance, you should attentively check each component of your task before confirming completion. If you click the “Confirm” button by accident, you can write to BorisDoes Support Team, and we will do everything to help you solve the issue. You could also contact the Tasker to let them know you made a mistake and that you have asked for help from the BorisDoes Support Team. But don’t worry, when we resolve the issue we’ll speak to them too.

What should I use to pay for a task?

To pay for a task, you can use either your credit card or existing funds in your BorisDoes account. You can top up your BorisDoes account (to a maximum of $2,500) or use funds you have received for completing tasks yourself.

Is Afterpay available on BorisDoes?

At the moment, Afterpay is not available on BorisDoes. However, we are working to partner with Afterpay and we hope that our customers will be able to enjoy one more BorisDoes feature very soon!

What happens if a Customer and Tasker still don’t agree?

The BorisDoes Support Team is happy to discuss the matter with both parties to see if a resolution can be found.
