1. Introduction

Welcome to BorisDoes, a service provided by DNA Combinator Pty Ltd (ACN 639 775 607). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Definitions

  • "Platform" refers to the BorisDoes website and associated services.
  • "User" means any individual or entity using the Platform, including Service Providers and Customers.
  • "Service Provider" refers to individuals or businesses offering services through the Platform.
  • "Customer" refers to individuals or businesses seeking services through the Platform.
  • "Content" encompasses all information, data, text, software, photographs, graphics, messages, or other materials uploaded, posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Platform.

3. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming legally binding contracts. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

Users must register an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

5. Services Offered

BorisDoes provides:

  • Website building tools
  • Quoting and invoicing systems
  • Integrated chat and SMS communication
  • Payment processing via third-party services
  • Accounting software integration with Xero (available now), and MYOB and QuickBooks (coming soon)
This makes BorisDoes a powerful tool for startups and newly established service businesses—like painters, plumbers, roofers, and other tradies—seeking a professional, affordable, and easy-to-use digital solution.

6. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Upload or transmit harmful content
  • Use the Platform for unauthorized or illegal purposes

7. Service Provider Obligations

Service Providers must:

  • Ensure they have the necessary qualifications and licenses for the services offered
  • Provide accurate service descriptions
  • Deliver services as agreed upon with Customers

8. Customer Obligations

Customers must:

  • Provide accurate information when requesting services
  • Pay for services rendered in a timely manner
  • Communicate respectfully with Service Providers

9. Payments

Payments are processed through third-party services. BorisDoes is not responsible for payment processing errors or issues. Users must comply with the terms of the payment service providers.

10. Third-Party Integrations

The Platform may offer integrations with third-party services and software, including but not limited to Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks.

  • Xero is currently available and fully integrated
  • MYOB and QuickBooks integrations are under development and will be released soon

You acknowledge that these third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and you agree to review and accept those terms when using such services through our Platform.

BorisDoes is not responsible for the performance, accuracy, or availability of these third-party systems but provides the integration to improve your business operations.

11. Content Ownership and License

Users retain ownership of their Content but grant BorisDoes a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such Content for the purpose of operating the Platform.

12. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Platform and its content (excluding User Content) are owned by DNA Combinator Pty Ltd. Users may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Platform without permission.

13. Privacy

We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). By using the Platform, you consent to such collection and use.

14. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between Users, BorisDoes may, at its discretion, assist in resolving the issue but is not obligated to do so. Users are encouraged to resolve disputes amicably.

15. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other Users or us.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, BorisDoes is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DNA Combinator Pty Ltd, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Platform.

18. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Platform, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
