About BorisDoes

BorisDoes was established by Daniel Dorofeev, CEO of PaintAccess. Having developed a close relationship with tradie customers, he discovered that many of them struggled to advertise their services without spending tens of thousands on marketing. He also noticed that plenty of DIY customers would have hired a professional if they knew where to find a reliable and trustworthy service provider.

Daniel decided to create a platform that would enable just that, without onerous restrictions and exorbitant fees. BorisDoes was born. And while there are plenty of tradies and customers using the platform, the services offered on BorisDoes have expanded beyond trades to include web design, tutoring, cleaning, removal services and more!

In order to increase the confidence in Customers and Taskers on the BorisDoes, we recommend that all our users download a photo image of a passport or an ID card. This is completely safe and will result in a checked mark displayed next to your name. "Confirmed Profile". A checked mark will increase the probability of Taskers to respond to your task, or for you will be chosen by a Customer.

We received your insurance!

For some customers, it is extremely important that the Tasker not only confirms his or her identity but also shows other documents, including a police check. This is another point that will help increase our users' trust in you. It is not compulsory to upload a Police Check, but BorisDoes recommends doing so.

Police Check badge

After the ABN validation, you will receive a verification badge that will be displayed in your profile. If there is no valid number in the ABN register system, you will not receive the badge. Please check the ABN typing accuracy before submitting it.

On the BorisDoes service, you can also confirm that you have an ABN business registration. To do so, type in your ABN number in the field below and wait for the confirmation.

After you have uploaded and sent a photo with the code, the Face badge will appear in your account after being approved. If the photo is not readable or blurry, you may need to upload it again.

To increase the users’ trust in our service, BorisDoes recommends all our users to download a photo with the code written on paper. This is completely safe and only necessary to get the Face badge. The badge will be displayed next to your name in your account and increase the probability that you will be chosen for the job.

After the Insurance file has been uploaded, processed, and verified, you will receive a BorisDoes Badge proudly shining on your profile.

BorisDoes Insurance badge is based on Public Liability Insurance, which is designed to financially protect a taskers’ business in case of the accidents, damage, or service user injuries that could occur during the task performing. It covers such expenses as solicitors’ fees, medical treatment, property damage, and others. Taskers upload their Public Liability Insurance to display that their business is secured and protected for the users.

We recommend you to confirm your phone number and link it to your page so that no one else can use it. It guarantees the security of your profile.

After uploading your Police Check file, we will verify it, and the "Badges" will display your Police Check validated. If the photo image is not readable or is blurry, you may need to upload it again.

Safety first! For some customers, it is extremely important that the Taskers not only confirm their identity but also show other documents, including a police check. This is another point that will help increase our  users' trust in you. It is not compulsory to upload a Police Check, but BorisDoes recommends doing so.

8.1 We may retain your Personal Information as long as you are registered to the Platform as a User. You may close your account by contacting us. However, we may retain Personal Information for an additional period as is permitted or required under applicable laws. Even if we delete your Personal Information it may persist on backup or archival media for an additional period of time for legal, tax or
regulatory reasons or for legitimate and lawful business purposes.
9 Exclusions
9.1 Links: Our Platform may contain links to websites operated by third parties. Those links are provided for convenience and may not remain current or be maintained. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we are not responsible for the privacy practices of, or any content on, those linked websites, and have no control over or rights in those linked websites. The privacy policies that apply to those other websites may differ substantially from our Privacy Policy, so we encourage individuals to read them before using those websites.
9.2 Children: We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of thirteen (13). If you are under the age of thirteen (13), please do not submit any Personal Information through the Platform.
